2. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for 100% accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or lead times. In the event of a significant pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

3. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to any customer. Due to the nature of factory-direct fulfillment, orders are subject to manufacturer availability and production schedules.

4. Compliance with Laws

The buyer is responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the purchase and use of laboratory equipment and chemicals. This includes maintaining proper permits or resale certificates where applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

LabCals.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products sold. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

    • Professional Use Only: These products are intended for laboratory or industrial use by qualified professionals. The buyer assumes all liability for safe handling and regulatory compliance.
    • 48-Hour Damage Reporting: Due to the fragile nature of lab equipment, shipping damages must be reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Direct Fulfillment: Items ship directly from our US-based manufacturing partners (Doba/TopDawg). Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed arrival dates.
    • Restocking Fees: Non-defective returns (if approved) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be unopened and in original factory packaging.
    • Final Sale: To maintain the safety and integrity of lab supplies, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse.
