Professional Use Only: These products are intended for laboratory or industrial use by qualified professionals. The buyer assumes all liability for safe handling and regulatory compliance.
48-Hour Damage Reporting: Due to the fragile nature of lab equipment, shipping damages must be reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
Direct Fulfillment: Items ship directly from our US-based manufacturing partners (Doba/TopDawg). Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed arrival dates.
Restocking Fees: Non-defective returns (if approved) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be unopened and in original factory packaging.
