To offer a broad selection of laboratory equipment and supplies, we work with authorized U.S.-based distributors and manufacturers across our supplier network.
1. Order Fulfillment
Orders placed on LabCals.com are fulfilled through established U.S.-based distributors and manufacturers. Depending on product type, supplier location, and order composition, items may ship from different facilities within our supply network.
- Multiple Shipments: If your order includes products sourced from different suppliers, items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
- Tracking Information: Tracking details will be sent by email once each shipment has been dispatched.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Processing times may vary depending on supplier availability, order volume, product type, and verification requirements.
Certain specialized equipment, oversized items, or supplier-managed products may require additional handling time. Where applicable, product-specific timing may be noted on the product page or provided by our support team after the order is placed.
3. Shipping Methods
- Parcel Shipping: Standard laboratory supplies and smaller items are generally shipped via UPS or FedEx to ensure reliable tracking and handling of sensitive equipment.
- Freight Shipping: Oversized, heavy, or palletized items may ship by freight carrier. Freight deliveries are typically curbside or dock delivery unless additional services are arranged in advance.
4. Delivery Time
After shipment, delivery is generally completed within 4-5 business days within the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

LabCals.com provides clear shipping cost information before payment is submitted. Shipping cost depends on the order subtotal, shipping destination, product type, package size/weight, and available carrier service.

6. Delivery Inspection

If you discover concealed damage or receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
7. Shipping Locations & International Orders
At this time, LabCals.com ships exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. To ensure the safe transit of professional laboratory equipment, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not process international orders or offer international shipping.
