Shipping & Delivery Policy
At LabCals.com, we are committed to providing our customers with efficient logistics and the highest standards of product integrity. To offer the most comprehensive selection of scientific equipment, we utilize a network of strategic distribution centers and factory-direct fulfillment models.
1. Fulfillment & Strategic Shipping
To ensure the fastest possible transit times, your order may be fulfilled from various locations across our supplier network. Items may ship directly from the manufacturer’s facility to your laboratory.
- Split Shipments: If your order contains items from multiple manufacturers, you may receive your order in separate packages at different times.
- Tracking: You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment via email as it leaves the respective facility.
2. Processing & Lead Times
Standard in-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Specialized equipment or custom-configured furniture may have extended factory lead times. Any specific lead times will be noted on the product page or communicated by our support team following order placement.
3. Shipping Methods
- Parcel: We utilize FedEx, UPS, and DHL for standard laboratory supplies.
- Freight (LTL): Oversized items ship via freight. Freight deliveries are dock-to-dock unless "Inside Delivery" is requested and quoted in advance.
4. Inspection & Delivery Claims
Laboratory equipment is sensitive. Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. If a package appears damaged, you must note "Damaged" on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. Report any concealed damage to us within 48 hours.
