At Jnetus, Inc. dba LabCals.com, we strive to ensure your laboratory is equipped with precision. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return process.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for all eligible items.
2. Return Method & Authorization
To ensure your return is processed correctly, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required. Please contact us at support@labcals.com to receive your RMA number and the designated return shipping address.
- Return Method: All returns must be sent via mail.
- Item Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Free Return Shipping: Return shipping is Free. We provide a pre-paid shipping label for all eligible returned items.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item was shipped, please contact our support team immediately to receive a Return Authorization (RMA). LabCals will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items by providing a prepaid return label. (Please note: For items damaged in transit, you must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos, as outlined in our Shipping Policy).
5. Restocking Fees
No Restocking Fees: At LabCals.com, we do not charge restocking fees for any returned items that meet our return eligibility criteria.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and compliance standards, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Opened sterile or vacuum-sealed products.
- Chemicals, reagents, and biological media.
- Hazardous materials or custom-manufactured laboratory furniture.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or specification, please return your original unused item for a refund according to this policy, and place a new order for the correct item.
9. International Orders & Returns
At this time, LabCals.com only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not process international orders or accept international returns.
Note: Returns sent without a verified RMA number cannot be accepted.
