1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for all eligible items.

2. Return Method & Authorization

To ensure your return is processed correctly, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required. Please contact us at support@labcals.com to receive your RMA number and the designated return shipping address.

  • Return Method: All returns must be sent via mail.
  • Item Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Return Shipping: Return shipping is Free. We provide a pre-paid shipping label for all eligible returned items.

4. Restocking Fees

No Restocking Fees: At LabCals.com, we do not charge restocking fees for any returned items that meet our return eligibility criteria.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and compliance standards, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened sterile or vacuum-sealed products.
  • Chemicals, reagents, and biological media.
  • Hazardous materials or custom-manufactured laboratory furniture.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note: Returns sent without a verified RMA number cannot be accepted.

    • Return Conditions: To maintain product integrity, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
