Jnetus, Inc. dba LabCals.com accepts secure online payments for professional laboratory supplies, equipment, and consumables. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods accepted on LabCals.com and any payment-related charges customers may see during checkout.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
LabCals.com accepts major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments. Accepted card types may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments and displayed at checkout.
Depending on the customer’s device, browser, location, and checkout eligibility, accelerated checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay may also be available at checkout.
If PayPal is available at checkout, customers may also choose PayPal as a payment option. Payment methods shown at checkout may vary based on the payment services currently enabled, customer location, order details, and payment provider availability.
2. Payment Security
Payments are processed securely through Shopify-supported payment services. LabCals.com does not store full credit card numbers on our website. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor according to its security and privacy standards.
3. Order Charges
The final order total is displayed at checkout before payment is submitted. The total may include the product price, applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and any applicable handling, hazardous material, dry ice, or special fulfillment fees when required for certain products or shipments.
LabCals.com does not add a separate surcharge for using a credit card or PayPal. Any charges shown at checkout are related to the order, shipping, tax, or product-specific handling requirements.
4. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax may be collected based on the shipping address, product type, and applicable state or local tax rules. Customers with valid resale or tax-exemption documentation may contact us before placing an order or follow the instructions provided on our website for exemption review where available.
5. Payment Authorization and Order Review
Submitting payment does not guarantee final order acceptance. Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, product availability, shipping restrictions, address accuracy, compliance requirements, or suspected fraud. If an order cannot be fulfilled, LabCals.com may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
6. Refunds and Payment Reversal
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or PayPal processing time.
Shipping charges, handling fees, hazardous material fees, dry ice fees, special order charges, and other fulfillment-related fees may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by LabCals.com or another condition stated in our Return Policy.

If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, customers should verify their billing address, card details, payment method, and available funds. Customers may also contact their bank, card issuer, PayPal, or the applicable payment provider for additional assistance.
