The Globe Scientific Diamond® SureGro™ TC-FLSK-25-P is a sterile flask designed for adherent cell culture.
- 25 cm² treated growth area supports cell attachment.
- Red plug-seal cap allows control of gas exchange.
- Angled neck provides access for pipettes and scrapers.
- Molded graduations and a frosted area support labeling.
- Irradiation-sterilized, RNase/DNase-free, and non-pyrogenic.
The TC-FLSK-25-P provides a 25 cm² growth area and a recommended working volume of 17.5 mL. The flask body is polystyrene (PS), and the red, non-vented plug-seal cap is high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Its tissue-culture-treated surface is hydrophilic and negatively charged to promote cell attachment.
Fully tightening the cap creates a gas- and liquid-tight seal. Loosening it one-quarter turn permits gas exchange.
Manufactured in a Class 100,000 cleanroom using virgin USP Class VI resins, these flasks are sterilized by irradiation to a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶. Each flask carries its lot number and expiration date for identification and traceability.
Each case contains 200 flasks, packaged in 20 bags of 10. The bags stand upright and can be reclosed. Order using Globe Scientific SKU TC-FLSK-25-P.
